A beautiful summer day on St. Barths is like an exquisite culinary menu. Pair it with the right bottle of wine and you’ve suddenly created a whole new flavor of indulgence.

To experience this very flavor, look no further than Le Sereno. With summer nearing in the Caribbean, we’ve unveiled our seasonal wine list and it promises to delight even the most discerning of palates.

Wine List

St Barths Wine

On top of an extensive Champagne list—with bottles from Taittinger to Veuve Clicquot “La Grande Dame” to Dom Perignon (2003)—we’re also offering a generous Rosé selection. Classics like Ruinart and Laurent Perrier complement rarities like Cristal Roederer (2004) to give guests a wide assortment of summer’s favorite refreshment.

Those who prefer a glass of white can also find a plethora of flavors to suit their tastes. Sourced from fabled regions like Alsace, Loire Valley, Rhône, and Burgundy, this is a unique collection of France’s most celebrated wines, all in the finest varietals and vintages. Take your pick between well-regarded bottles like Les Murailles Riesling (2009) by Dopff & Irion, Les Clous Mersault (2012) by Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils, Corton Charlemagne (2008) by Antonin Guyon, plus many more, and enjoy the perfect beachside beverage or dinner pairing.

Last but not least is our distinguished red menu. With selections from Bordeaux to Beaujolais and Burgundy to Roussillon, this list is equally exclusive and also features some of France’s finest exports from the previous decade. All tastes and preferences will be satisfied here, be it through a well-balanced Domaine de Chevalier (2007), a vibrant Réserve de la Comtesse (2009), or a deep and earthy Le Corton by Domaine Bouchard Père & Fils (2004), amongst countless others.
